我也觉得是A罢，因为不让演讲不让授课，所以即使提高了工资也没attract到更多人。Pat：反正现在的judge很少演讲和授课阿，所以提高工资还是有用。

这样看A选项不就顺理成章了么，现在的judge虽然很少演讲、授课，但是不代表你准备attract的那些人也不喜欢演讲授课！有可能是因为你不让演讲授课，所以很多本来可以被高工资attract来的人觉得，不让演讲？那还是算了罢??
