A。。
B country: there is a XXX in any XXX, the intrest rates are low, XXX(主系表）and the economy is ...
C country, including a XXX in any XXX, low interest rate, XXX(主系表）and the economy is ...
D country, with a XXX in any xxx, the intrest rates are low, XXX(主系表) and the economy is ...
E country, that (E选项不太记得了)a XXX in any xxx, the intrest rates are low, XXX(主系表) and the economy is ...
题目的大意是一个很好的情况使得今年会成为这个国家历史上最好的一年，后面是解释这个具体的情况的。主要就是考的破折号那个地方还有ABCD四个成分的平行吧
B,C 成分在每个句子里面是否是主系表或者是adj,+n.我不太记得了。不过A成分在每个选项里的确是和我说的一样，而D成分在每个选项里都是主系表，希望有NN整理出一个正确的句子吧。。。

我觉得应该选冒号吧 (B), 因为解释了为什么好的原因

这题感觉nearly 8 million people前面应该有个the，可是B选项里那个 identifying themselves as P.S.被用逗号和主句分开又让我觉得有点不靠谱，就是在B和E之间纠结= =
猜一下的话...B吧
