a good observation. bunnier had similar doubts. but, longman says "compare to" is cool in this type of usage:

2 compared to/with something
used when considering the size, quality, or amount of something in relation to something similar
- a 20% reduction in burglary compared with last year
- Compared to our small flat, Bill's house seemed like a palace.

B是正确答案没有疑问，但是偶做的时候看CEO’s 以为原句结构不全，耽误了好些宝贵的时间。现在仍是不清楚，’s表主格，或系动词is，或助动词is（进行时中），是吧。那么这里呢。。。

大家帮忙看一下呀！

CEO‘s应该是CEO’s pay吧。不过这样意思好像有点不通。。。

这里CEO's是CEO的复数表达，不是所有格表达.

在某些首字母缩略的单词里，其复数形式可以加上s或's. 如:

VIP(Very important person), VIP's, VIPs
POW(prisoner of war), POW's, POWs

我在RC的文章中已明确地看到了“...cheif executive officers（CEO’s）...”。大家在GMAT的文章里可以找到的。今天上来想自己回复一下的，一看rhod、流沙已讨论过了。

这个问题只是自己阅读时觉得有些不顺，但对做这道sc来说是无关紧要的。
