求解JJ上一道逻辑题

飞机用film代替一种paining,但film cost高。公司reduce cost了，问strengthen, 看到有人回答 At theend of its useful life, the film can be removed much more quickly than paintcan
另一个版本是：当在给飞机上这个film的时候，其他的保养也可以同时进行。

我依稀记得是OG上的题目可是翻了半天没看到/或者是PP，印象有一点深刻是因为当时我选的第二个答案，貌似错了，应该是第一个，可是第一个怎么也想不通啊，求大牛指点or指路！

没看过原始题目,猜测第二个应该是无关的.因为题目本身是film和painting两种方式的比较，没有涉及其他保养。
