我觉得这题其实是削弱
1.老鼠吃了c（milk protein）——>暴露在a下——> 得了肝癌
2.这个地方的人的肝癌是因为他们喝了牛奶

答案A：这里人也吃PEANUT，peanut会增加A，他因涉入，所以削弱了结论：肝癌是由于牛奶引起的

题目问的是relevant，故答案对结论有削弱或者加强都ok

不知思路是否正确，因为实在是很奇怪
