要不要写承上启下的句子，还是只要列一张table。

班门弄斧参与一下讨论哈，你看看有没有字数限制，如果字数要求很少，那么多半是以summary的方式列出来，如果没有要求，那你可以适当多写一点内容（注意是适当哈！），展示自身的亮点，增加给录取人留下的印象。

Hey there! We love to help people with this question. For the best example of a very cool, creative Table of Contents, why don’t you try to get a hold of any book by an author names J. Maarten Troost. He does AMAZING tables of contents for all his books—that should be a great inspiration for you. Start there—and you will be in great shape. You WILL need to do an “actual” TOC, so…look for some inspiration…
