建议因网络故障而未按时考试的考生要求GMAC赔偿损失

在GMAT考试过程中，任何考生方面的原因给GMAC造成不便的，考生都负担了相应的费用。譬如改期提前七天也得交50美金，少于七天要250，由于任何原因迟到等等都无法退钱。那么GMAC自己的网络故障给大家造成了巨大的不便，精神损失就不说了，经济损失就不少，来回的时间，往返的路费，尤其外地的考生还有住宿费用。一次没考成要打乱自己的计划不说，还得负担一次额外的费用，既然考生要为自己的过失买单，GMAC也应该为他们的过错买单！！建议未能按时考试的考生要求GMAC赔偿经济损失，不应该简单的改期了事！！

问题是大家在同意gmat的terms and conditions的时候就答应了，最多的赔偿就是重考啊~
