那么E选项的话，误诊的可能就是没有symptom,却被认为有阑尾炎，那就根本不用考虑割除，另一方面就是说有阑尾炎，有symptom,机器诊断对这类人并一定是正确的，双重保证么？而且医生看病不会就只看机器证据，基本的看symptom还是必须的吧

我的理解是，以前MISS较多，现在新技术后有2%的MISS了。但是，这个比以前要准确很多，因为那个MISS的2%的部分其实SYMPTOMS比一般的少一两个的。言外之意就是，SYMPTOMS少了，自然，机器是诊断错误，医生会看出来。。所以2%的MISS也能COVER的意思了。不知这样说对不对，呵呵

是的呢，而且题目不是所有的信息都应该有用吗，那里还写着symptom strongly suggesting.....所以我觉得会有这么变态的可能呢

题目理解应该是：原来的诊断会错杀20%的人，现在的诊断不会错杀了，但是会漏掉，问原因。前面的补充条件有：新的诊断方法准确率98%，只有2%错了。题干又说不会错杀，那肯定是说2%错诊的人是漏掉的。。。。。。。
