Conclusion: They might still chose to first cut it into chips and deliver them to factory... 好吧我又跳跃了一步。Transportation cost是key word, considering the volumn of cargo.

BG: A microscope plant  grows on the sea ice under condition1: enough sunlight; condition2: enough sea water
Premise： Snow shadows the sunlight on the plant.
BUT:  on ice covered with snow grows more plants A than on ice with less snow.

resolve the paradox:  snow brings more sea water?
No! I ignore the key words "splashing onto the surface"!

4.  37s
BG: Radio station with a special system could only be received by the special radio.
Premise1: 1994-1996 number of stations increased
Premise2: but number of radio devices stayed constant.
Conclusion: No increase in number of people who receive the special radio.

Assumption: One person one device of radio
