疑问是D 我觉得D也对啊。。 D说虽然企业家们没做正式计划，但是也花了和做计划差不多的时间来做准备研究，进而缩短了获取资本的时间（说明这不是由做没做正式计划造成的）。这样不也weaken了吗。。。

The core of the conclusion is whether the business plan itself is useful to help find the investment capital.

The point of how long the business plan is prepared is irrelevant.

D说虽然企业家们没做正式计划，但是也花了和做计划差不多的时间来做准备研究，进而缩短了获取资本的时间 这部分是LZ自己的脑补吧，D选项里面并没得出这个结论。正如楼上所说的，因为D选项一点也没有涉及筹集资本问题，所以是无关项
即使D选项能得出缩短了获取资本的时间这个结论，题目的结论是说 formal plan 是无用的。那么D选项这里说的 没有做正式计划的企业家们因为blabla进而缩短了获取资本的时间，反而增强了题目的结论formal plan 是无用的，所以也是strengthen而不是weaken
