7‘39“ -In a commencement of Standford university speech, Steve Job told the students"stay foolish" as the signal of resignation, after this speech, he claimed that he would resign on Aug,24th. - Would Steve's resignation affect the future of Apple? Microsoft has the similar situation like Apple, but then the revenue was declined after. - This would not possibly happen. 1. Cook will take over the highest position of Steve and he's very excellent on logistic and company management, during his execution before Steve resigned, he managed the company revenue very smoothly. 2. Apple company also has abundant novel ideas. People who are expertize on design, calculation,etc...For instance,.....Also, the company will publish its new smartphone and tablet early next year, so a good business situation can be predicted. If cook can coordinate with this group of intelligent people, the company will run well. 3. Apple also has a loyal group of employees, they always ask themselves what Steve would do if he encounters the same problem as they do. 4. Steve would not completely leave Apple, yet he will stay aside and gives the final decision when there is a need for essential discussions of board. 5. Apple offers the investors the good benefit, and this will remain for the next couple of years. This all happened because of Steve's intelligence. -Steve brought the company to the peak and even compete with other famous companies like microsoft, IBM.... - When Apple encountered the decline of business in 1996, Steven came back and turned as a adviser. Many board people told him to close this company, but he rejected and brought a big success to this company by creating the new products. -Some tech. people even told Steve to innovate the new tablet computer, but Steve only focused on his smart phone design, eventually, this brought the company a even higher peak of revenue. -Many people think that the most intelligent part of Steve is to decide what not to take. His decision always right, so they hope that Cook can also have such intuition as well. |
