大意如此：在别的情况都没变时，a drop in the number of television assemblers in Borodia 表明生产的人数少了，但是，需要一个前提就是：The average number of hours it takes a Borodian television assembler to assemble a television has not decreased significantly 平均每人需要装配电视的时间并没有减少（即：每个人的生产效率没有增加）。这样，市场上还是有同样的电视卖出时，那么肯定要从人家进口了。

多看几遍搞清楚前提与结论很重要。只是考试的时候时间较紧，所以只能靠平时捉摸考试的思路了。呵呵。
