Argument：
一个学校Noch High School 买了一些电脑，给三个academic subjects用。之后出现decline of students dropout和increase achievements 。所以即使这个学校的fund不多，但也要将available fund用来买更多电脑。而且作者还说all school in this district都要这么做
Issue：
Some people think that the best teachers should expect students to challenge to popular ideas, rather than accepting such ideas.
