这一篇还好啦，楼主不要想时间，静下心来先分析段首，再看文章结构，起承转合，搞清逻辑，最后再用5-10秒回顾文章。
我个人认为这篇文章最最关键的是那几个态度评价，比如solid是正评价，misrepresent，extreme是负评价等，这样就懂作者的意思了，继而主旨和作者态度就不会错了。

对于这篇文章做一下逻辑简图：
first paragraph： 文章的主要内容：C通过 telephone change所产生的exchange对于TD和SCdebate的contribution。
second：提出C对于TD的两个观点，从而引出SC对于TD的观点。
third：SC的两个观点。
fourth:通过理论和实际，反驳SC的极端观点。从而提出社会与科技紧密相关。
解题重点：obscure to C points，可以看出B的观点C disapprove。
         理解misrepresent 、refute、be suppose to所体现的文章观点和含义。
         SC的两个观点：一个是on society，另一个是outside society。所以是opposed points。
         misrepresent与misstate是同义词替换。
         misrepresent，so inaccurate。
有一处质疑，承蒙诸位考究：
123 answer A (A)It is the available technology that determines
                         workers' skills, rather than workers' skills
                         influencing the application of technology.
虽然通过排除法只能选择A，请问rather than...的文章出处在哪里体现？
