High audit fee usually means the company costs lots for audit, these may mean that the company treat audit seriously and investors should have faith to put money in these companies. 2. On the other hind, Higher audit fee may also increase the level of scrutiny, and more revenue prblem may be found. Some previous reasearch showed this correlation, though they are not intended to research in this aspects. Thus, this may induce investors less likely to put money. Then, the hypothesize: 1. Two independence factor: ED(Economic Dependence) and AF(Audit Fee),both are given low and high level. For the former one, the number on somewhat higher than that of previous research, but it is said to be reasonable. The database do not conclude the Big-Four Audit Company and the revenue is calculated by local revenue. 2. 有效性检验... 89% of current students participated in the research, and the difference between the high level and low level is significant, so the setted number are acceptable and practible. Then, they set 3 dependence fators: The assessment of risk, the probability of putting 10% of 1000 into the company, and whether they would hold the stock for more than one year. Though these 3 factors seem to be linked, but they can give different percepecitves. 3. Result shows, ED has an impact on buying decision and retention decision, while AF has no impact on any of these decision. Also, when ranking the importance of different factors, most people rank historical price as the important figure, but treat AF as one of the least important one. This result supports the previous research. 4. A supplementary research was conducted. For the previous research, most people have some investment experience, and this research contain 16 students who do not have investment experinece, but the result was the same. 5.
