2. Explain why militrary students have such feelings about MBA and the convergent point between militrary and business management.
a. organized and fabulous system. Militrary has a system that is far more stable and feasible to various changes than bussiness's.
b. leadership. Militrary has an excellent leadership. And learship is the core thing in MBA courses.
3. Refutation and consession. Though it's a case study, it's representative.
Militrary did have a lot of thing similar to business and can be a good lesson for business.
Some top business school has adopted this idea. examples: let their students to go to West Point..

越障不想写了啊……
  大概是以前参军的人现在在商学院学习。然后提出了一些他们的认识，比如effective order 什么的。然后现在的学校开始从参军里面得到启示，送学生参军有利于以后的发展什么的。

1. 之前的military都不涉及一些商业课程，所以老兵们退伍之后都想学一些商业课程，进去B school学习
2.但是在第一周的时候他们理所当然的收到了culture shock，然后举了2个例子，general学习遇到的障碍
3.但是后来发现一门课leadership，他们接受的很好，因为军队讲究绝对的服从，但也举例：有一个将军对部下给与一些自由，但是还是说military高于business在部队里？
