今天本人的verbal考得不错，很感谢CD论坛各位前辈的讨论和基金分享~为了回报CD，考完后尽力回忆了几只狗狗。大家可以放心看。
裸机：
一道题的题干是说highway旁边herbivore很多，于是有专家就推论说，远离公路的地方也应该有很多的herbivore。驳斥了“近年来食草动物数量下降”的言论。问题是怎样能削弱题干的推理。我选的是，A. animals which prey on herbivores 在远离公路的地方很多。
还有题是说，最近Air Flight公司老是接到关于飞机delay和seats cramped的compliants，但是实际情况是seat size没有发生任何变化，但是delay确实有增多。于是公司经理推测，关于seat的投诉只是源于对delay的不满。问题是怎样削弱题干的推理。我选的是，recently，每一趟飞机的上座率增加了。 不是太确定是否正确。
倒数第三题和倒数第二题是GWD题库里的原题。

一篇短文说，奴隶解放后，美国南方的奴隶成为sharecropper，有更多的闲暇时间。带来了南方劳动力的短缺，于是劳工的工资上升。黑人的生活可以变得更好。第二段开始反驳，作者认为奴隶解放后，虽然黑人成为sharecroper，自己拥有田地，但是还是要依靠白人给他们提供supplies for farming，而黑人的only collateral is their crop yield. 所以最终白人叫黑人多种棉花，少种小麦。市场上的棉花多了，价格骤降，黑人的收入还是和以前比起来没有多大变化。题目有一道主旨题，其它的题目不记得了。
还有一篇短文是说公司一般都是以return on investment (ROI) 来作为标准衡量经理业绩，但是这种方式的缺陷是经理不重视market share的扩张，而且在development & research 上面投入不足，更多的是买别人的research 成果。这种行为很myopic，not long-term oriented。然后提到了一个新的衡量方法，用market share来衡量。虽然会导致短期业绩不理想，但是长期来说种方法更有益。最后一段末尾，有出细节题，定位点是经济增长时期，market share 比ROI的衡量标准更好。
一篇长文章，大概有一瓶半，是说的vertibrate的进化。vertibrate的祖先是生活在海里，是marine animal。后来发现在freshwater里面少了sea里面的危险，于是尽量在freshwater里面breed。freshwater哩的幼鱼成熟后，又游回到大海里生活。后来这种在freshwater 和sea里都生活的动物进化成了最早的vertibrate，鱼。
还有一篇短文章是说，某一名字叫CR的学者说，研究了加勒比海的english speaker的conversation，认为他们的conversation和英美人的conversation方式不同。因为受到加勒比海的culture的影响。第一段后面说又有一学者SK说，加勒比海的人的conversation 方式也是turn-taking, 和英美人一样。第二段反驳CR的观点说，culture, ethnical的factors都不会对conversation的方式产生任何影响。相同的conversation方式是社会发展的bedrock。这里貌似有一个细节题。
愈发：
愈发题真的不难，遇到了很多在 含有that从句的选项 和 "of/for"+动名词短语的选项 间选择的题。这种情况下的原则是，that从句优于 "of/for"+动名词短语。 还考到了which定语从句对先行词的指代，which定语从句必须紧跟先行词或先行词的同位语。还有"with+……"的伴随状语结构一定不要选。
输血：有一题。x,y,z都是正数，问1/x+1/y+1/z>2？
                               1）x+y+z>1/2
                                                       2)  x+y+z<1
                               这道题我很不确定，选的B。有哪位高手可以解答一下？

     还有一道题，一个30%浓度的溶液由20%浓度的X溶液和60%浓度的Y溶液混合而成，问要得到10gallon的30%浓度溶液，需要多少gallon    的y溶液？ 答案是2.5.
暂时就想到这么多，个人感觉基金的有用顺序是：输血>越毒>裸机，愈发基金没用，坐稳基金不太了解。
个人经验，考前要多用GWD来模考，效果不错。
