不是这个意思
E选项的意思是，孩子是提供给老人满足他们基本生活需求的补贴。

打个比方：假设老人原本没有政府补贴，一个月需要 1000元，孩子一个月就给老人1000元
                        现在老人一个月有政府补贴400元，孩子就只给600元，加起来仍然是1000元。
这个才是E选项的意思。
