但是做题也就控制在4分钟左右。。。

我觉得入门挺好的。。。我是从一无所知，看这个开始的。嗯，如果你已经入门了，就不需要了。因为要看挺久的，一天搞定应该没问题。没时间也可以看看他的讲义。  我觉得，可以把逻辑当做小阅读。

lawyer方法这里下，这里下。免费的，免费的。哈哈，不过，lawyer的方法要自己做了题，总结，再看他说的。不过。毛毛姐的分类和分析，有点小错。。。NO OFFENCE。   （毕竟，我还是都看毛毛姐提供的资料，帮助很大）

我觉得，逻辑，关键是要有自己的方法。规律性很强的，分类看题。总结。嗯。就会超脱的。。


我的阅读，阅读。。   你们有啥建议整整阅读啊。。



再补点我自己的看法哦。。我觉得可以归纳题看一遍，  然后 加强，削弱以及假设一起看。  最后是剩下乱七八糟的作用和BOLDFACE之类的。嗯。

谢谢啦。。一会就去下载。
对于阅读，我也就是用小安的方法对以前做过的OG题不断的复习巩固，以题型一样的来做，而不是以每篇文章的顺序来做。起初是这样，因为我想找出其中的规律，后来做得顺手些了，就有按照文章的顺序来做了，感觉确实有提高。另外我基本上在第二遍复习的时候每一篇文章重读后，都马上写出总结和逻辑提纲，然后再做题，就觉得思路非常清晰。当然在考试的时候是没有这样时间的，所以这也不过是练习的时候让自己更快地进入记忆状态（本人记忆力超差，可能和经常性的multi-tasks有关），不过我现在做verbal分册就没有用这种方法，主要是想知道在时间不允许的情况下可以做对多少题，不过在第二轮复习中肯定会用到。个人觉得reading comp.绝对是时间搭出来的。。。

啊~看来懒得打字还是不行的。。。
我理解的是，首先，各个国家都赞成跟political有关的那种犯罪是不可以引渡的，而普通的CC是可以引渡的。而且一开始，那个political offense exception就只是针对political的犯罪而设立的一种类似“免罪”的条款。
但是，在CC里，又有很多犯罪是和政治密不可分的，所以出现了RPO，尽管RPO的确定原则并不是很清晰，但是各国对于RPO这样的犯罪是当成政治犯罪来对待的，也就是对于RPO各国也认为可以“免罪”，不去实施引渡。
然而，因为RPO和CC的界定是很不practical的，会造成各种争议，所以作者觉得要重新去研究RPO的问题。而且把原先只应适用于政治犯罪的political offense exception也同样适用于RPO，这就造成了beyond the intended use。

应该是这样吧？~

12题又对比了一下原文和选项，so subtle!
原文：“Despite the widespread acceptance of these analytic constructs, the distinctions are more academic than meaningful. When it comes to real cases, there is no agreement about what transforms a common crime into a political offense and about whether terrorist acts fall within the protection of the exception.” 主体是distinctions，而不是extradition.
E选项：这组对比是针对distinctions的，而题干要找的是针对大概念EXTRADITION的。。

以后一定要看清楚强对比的主体是神马！><!
