E选项中的medical indistingushable不是只这些病人在手术之前的身体情况是一致的吗？

怎么削弱了，自己感觉这是个asumption..像加强德

的意思是说，在手术之前，医生无法区别各个病人的健康状况
而结论是，医生根据病人的情况而决定是挣钱、锻炼自己的技术，还是为他们治病

这里否定了前提：医生可以做出对患者病情严重程度的辨别。因此为削弱。

我觉得这题目好奇怪啊~~stimulus的结论是医生决定是否真正医治病人，谁知道医生是随机挑选的还是根据病人情况的啊
