本题正确答案给的是B 可是原题的空里应该填的是：为什么“the rapid development of new fields will result in higher oil exports”的说法还为时过早
而B给出的答案是汽车会激增，我能理解汽车多了石油需求量大，可能新产的油会供不应求 但这和 higher oil exports没关系啊？

因为国内需求大，所以用来出口的就少咯。题目是不是想表达，新生产的石油先满足国内的需求，再考虑出口啊？
