E恰好weaken了结论。如果说market is limited, 仅能说明在美国销售有空间，因为如果在美国增长不足以弥补在欧洲下降，就不能维持生产水平。

C：就像欧洲厂商在欧洲会有一定优势，美国厂商在美国也有优势。 说明，因为在欧洲没有优势而下降的生产水平会因为在美国的优势来弥补。
