D说的是因果颠倒，原文说因为睡眠和活动周期不一致所以引起争吵，D说明因为争吵所以才故意将睡眠的周期调的跟对方不一致。express hostility by...
A说的是睡眠一致的夫妻也会吵架，但没说睡眠不一致对婚姻的影响，跟结论的范畴不一致，所以没攻击到结论。
