那么加强的方向自然就是解释为什么增加5%就足够了。

D选项大部分的ridership的增加是off-peak hours when trains are now sparsely used，注意sparsely稀少地，贫乏地意思，这里就是说在这个非高峰时期train是很少被使用的，因此这个ridership虽然是增加了20%之多，但是由于大部分的增加是处于这个本来不怎么使用train的时间，所以只增加5%的number of daily trains就足够应对了，因此支持了结论。

读题目很重要，个人认为这道题目略微不同于 support，而是补充条件从而以便更加顺利的推出结论
按照常理，增加20%的客流量却只增加了5%的班次是无法保证 拥挤导致的delay不会增加的。但 倘若增加条件为 20% 乘客数量的增加发生在非高峰期，那么 增加的乘客数量不过填补了 空位，则不会造成拥挤，更不会增加 拥挤而带来的delay。

这题当时我也想了很久，后来总结起来很简单，其实就是把更多的车次安排在低峰期从而缓解高峰期的拥挤。
我在美国学习，这里的老师上逻辑课说，要把复杂的问题想简单，如果把简单的问题想得复杂了就是愚蠢的。
虽然有时老外的逻辑难catch，但是也不要想得太复杂了。
