答案是A。但请问一下a proposed new style of aircraft这种表达主语究竟是什么啊，按照题目应该是aircraft，但是我怎么总觉得是a proposed new style啊。另外According to的逻辑主语可以是a proposed new style吗？我觉得它的用法像下面的错句子：

Based on修饰错了the ofice啊。。

一眼看到这题真的不知道该怎么做，用怎么的思路去解题。大家说说思路吧~~ 另外substitute了allowances for paychecks 之后用to their employees是不是更好呢？这题的意思我读起来也很费解。。。望DX出手啊~~~

1. according to 和 based on 本质上是不同的啊，based on 后面的逻辑主语肯定是什么书，文献之类的， 不可能 人或者动物 is based on sth。 所以officer 错， 但是according to 是根据， 逻辑主语可以是人或这是物啊， 什么东西 都可可以根据啊，所以 指a proposed new style of aircraft 是可以的，至于你说的主语是 style 还是 aircraft ， lZ 考虑的很周全啊，学习学习！，我觉得应该是 aircraft 把， 本身A of B 谁做主语都是看逻辑意思而定的。

2 一看 substitute 和 in place of 意义重复，substitute 和 for  搭配， DE 杀掉，看ABC，their employees' paychecks 和the paychecks of their employees的表达方式都对，甚至前者优与后者， 但是不慌选，看后面，assigned by 的受者肯定是 employees，他们被 the United Nations 指派嘛。 所以把 their employees 放在后面 给 assigned 修饰比较好，A 杀掉，C 一看就不对，having done 不可以做 修饰成分 修饰名词。
