We just finished compiling the final employment numbers and I am delighted to share with you that the Class of 2012 was at 98% with offers and 96% accepts 3 months after graduation. Last year, we were at 95% offers and 94% accepts 3 months after graduation. The average base salary also increased by 3% to $103,453 and average bonus increased by 9% to $25,549. This data is in compliance with the MBA Career Services Council board requirements for dissemination and publication to the various ranking surveys. A detailed employment report should be ready by the end of October and will be posted to the Goizueta website.
The Class of 2013 was just as successful with 100% internships this year. We've been at 100% internship offers since 2004 with the exception of the summer of 2009 where we were at 99%. The Class of 2013 also came back from their summer internships strong with over 40% of the 2 year class with full time offers from their internships and many others still waiting to find out.
