原题的两个条件：
   

1.   新增的工作比去除的工作要多
   

2.   新增的工作的平均工资高于当时工资的整体平均水平
   

结论：整体的平均工资水平上升

反例：
  假设某地工资差距很大，平均水平人均2000/月
   

 增加了5个3000/月的工作，丢失了4个10000/月的工作
