越障1-9<br />又看了一遍，大概懂了，主要讲了一个什么empowerment zone的政策，先说了这项政策可以有什么作用、好处，然后提到了税收刺激可以促进政府收入，接着说了这个政策在某些州并没有很好的效果。然后是文章的重点，作者的想法是提高周边的房地产价值，然后做出一系列的研究，说明可以产生很大的效果。。。。<br /><br /><br />S：抓抓，我看了你这篇越障写的大纲，太棒了，思路很清晰，而且翻译的很NB！！！<img src="/static/legacy-emoticon/79.gif" emoticon="[em:79]" alt="" />

速度2-16<br />60s<br />60s<br />差3行<br />差5行<br />60s<br />第二篇看得很郁闷，很喜欢狗狗的啊~``<br /><br />越障2-14 10m 困啊。。。。中午还是要睡午觉。。<br />欧洲经济危机主要是3个国家引起的，但是西班牙是这种危机的核心，因为它的GDP比这三个国家还多。2007年西班牙的公共债务只占gdp的30%几，到2011年激增到60%几。<br />稍微讲了讲这种危机如何发生，从希腊讲起，说了西班牙和希腊一样的问题，好像是把钱借出去还是怎么的。说就像有两个西班牙一样，一个好，一个坏。<br />一方面，举例说明西班牙的危机怎么发生。采取的措施：收紧国库，减少赤字等等，但是后来这些措施变了。。。主要靠spending cut。影响了西班牙的经济，反而加税了，而且这些措施可能没有效果。另一方面讲了银行系统的情况。政府向银行投钱，关键问题是cajas模式。本来类似一个中心银行的机构，现在要重新组合，减少层次？有个人说，这样可以减少风险，提高能力<br />目前西班牙经济的情况不好，失业率很高，有20%几，经济增长速度也很慢。年轻人失业率相当高。<br />有个经济学家说，西班牙在大公司和小公司之间的理解有问题什么的，这可以说明为什么它有能力保持市场的股票，即使本身已经失去竞争力了。最后说这种危机是否能够结束，要看西班牙的改革。不过从之前的选举什么的可以看出，继续下去，这种糟糕的情况可能会继续下去。

不服早上干的活。。重新读了。。<br />速度1-1 分别差： 4,4,3,4,6.。。。<br />啊啊啊啊啊！！！！气愤！！明天加油！<br /><br />为什么看了前几页没人写越障JJ呢。。我试着写下第一篇，7分04.。。<br />一段，展览了一个2人座日本产飞机，但作者不懂为啥有一人座的还造2人座的？然后他翻阅了好多好多资料<br />二段，发现日本要研发人体炸弹，但因投向终止了。好像如果成功了，会对air force industry产生很大影响。<br />三段，从日本角度看，这么干是为了防侵略，为了爱国而做的。<br />四段，从西方角度看，这是一个threat，而且西方不知道怎么回事，错误地把一个词和自杀联系了起来。<br />五段，这篇文章的base是一个日本工程师的记录稿，而那上面记录了日本 航空业的一些创新发展。。<br /><br />不知道对不对。。我再研究一遍去。。。。<br /><br />二三之间漏了一段，关于baka的由来。。第四段读的依旧不是很懂。。。哎，这篇词太乱~T T

【越障2-14】<br />8：06，今天一直走神。。老爸在听黑鸭子。。- -<br />1. The euro debt crisis has taken down Ireland, portugee(gosh i can't even spell this one right..&gt;&lt;),and blah. And it is now taking down Spain, a larger economy.<br />2.The government changes some parts of the financial system: something about a huge important company, which has been one of the largest economies in Spain. <br />3. Scholars think the reform is at the right direction but cannot guarantee a recovery nationwide, for that a recovery also needs the economy stepping out of a stagnant situation. <br />However, Spain's numbers don't look good. GDP is increasing only at a rate of 0.3% for the first season, while the euro district as a whole is increasing at 0.8%.<br />4.two dual(dilemma? and I can't remember exactly what the two are .....FT) exists.<br />5. labor market:<br />1) In the labor markets labor price is high while the unemployment level is high at the same time. The previously hired employees are enjoying a higher level of wage while many others can get no job.<br />2) situation among employers.(seems it's mentioned in a earlier part, but i cannot precisely locate the position now..have to put it here)——businesses are finding their surviving path outside of Spain. Another large company(tele... sth about tele company) blames the government for not making the situation any easier for the employers.<br />3) also mention about the potential problem for the young who are now still living under the shelter of their families yet will get the bitterness someday.<br /><br />My blurry memory ahhhh...

<br /><br />It suddenly hits me.. <br />The two duals are about the paradoxes, one between the outsiders and the insiders, the other between the employers and the employees..<br />not sure if i'm right.. need to review it after dinner~~
