Inference

这个题倒是根据排除法也能选出E，但是为什么是E，我弄不清楚，OG的解释也没看懂，到底是怎么个推理过程？求助！

Narrowing前似乎省略了is。
若改成【the difference is narrowing, the longer women had the vote】，是不是好懂一些？

The difference narrowing the longer women has the vote. 意思是说，差距越来越小随着女人能投票的时间慢慢变长。（妇女投票越长，男女投票的频率相差越小。） 所以题目问，哪个国家的女人和男人投票时候差异最大，通过括号里的那句英文可以推断出女人能投票时间最短的时候，男女差异最大。

后来又想了一想，可能这样改写更容易懂： the longer women had the vote, the narrower the difference. 女性投票时间越长，男女投票频率差异越小。所以E选项正确：在女性投票时间最短的国家里，男女（投票频率的）差异最大。
