对B取非，则变成：小厂的转换成本不比大厂的转换成本高，但这并不能削弱结论，因为根据题目中的已知条件，即使转换成本相同，也有可能大厂能够承担而小厂承担不了。所以，B不是Assumption.

b 是个典型的混淆选项, 在这里convert cost 文章中没有提到.在这里只是比较大公司和小公司cost花费,怎么能知道就out呢? 还有花费的度没有明确, 能达到不能负担吗?

也许新的spec比就得还要简单，那小厂也能遵从修改后的spec，所以不会受影响。

题里的假设就是说新spec要复杂，复杂可能就花钱多，或者难度大，小厂承受不了。怎么觉得也挺对的啊？

D完全无关，题干讲的是改变生产规范的成本，只要有改变就有成本，与最后的规范的简单复杂没有关系。

我也觉得选E题。楼上们都解释得很清楚了。我想说的是GWD的答案到底哪里有讨论过得可以算得上全对的。每天v都错一两道，上来讨论发现又是对的，心情很差啊……
