And you are still assuming that "是由于受伤的人多，原因就是塑料鞋。"
抱着预设结论，只能选出相反答案。
ps.sled是雪橇。

It is critical reasoning being tested here, not summarization. I can see no reason why “C答案中包括了题干中的所有元素” indicates correctness.

建议先理解题意，再做形而上方法论讨论吧。

D怎么会是他因呢，D说大多数情况的受伤是因为blahblah，这完全没有启到削弱作用，相反还有一点支持的感觉，说明这个塑料鞋太不安全了，撞上就受伤

就像thruth所说“觉得C答案中包括了题干中的所有元素”这种想法是不可取的，做题的时候不能抱着这种想法，题干中的元素也分重要和不重要之分，关键在于区分出那些是和结论紧密相连的。40题的结论就是一个低价卖workstation的计划，问削弱，那么重点就是关于这个workstation和这个低价

E选项说workstation的买家通常可以通过讨价还价来争取discount，从而得到bonus，但是现在你的价格已经这么低了，那么买家就得不到什么好处，那么有可能反而不来买你的workstation，这就是一个削弱。

而且E选项完美的结合了我提到的两个重点，workstation和low price
