由于没有电子版的，太多了，也不好全部弄上来。这篇阅读大概是说的一些公司提供的无条件保证（unconditional guarantees）的作用和具体的做法，通常是用来提升竞争力。文章大概也读懂了，但是43题，which of the following hypothetical situations best exemplifies the potential problem noted in the second sentence of the second paragraph?

这道题我也纠结很久，这样说吧，原文是说，无条件保证会给人一种暗示：失败的可能性是存在的，从而让人对这个服务的满意率产生怀疑（doubt the service firm's ability to deliver the promised level of service）注意level！
