BU campus dorm, a studio sublet, from June to August

The building I live is a university-owned dorm, which is very new and clean and located inside the BU campus. It's right opposite to the School of Management of Boston University and the Blandford St. station of Green B is just outside the door.
Electricity, hot water, furniture, and 24 hr maintainance, it has everything you can name it.
