同位语不影响谓语的啊。。。读句子的时候管都不用管撒。。。。。主语是programs，谓语直接是复数

但是我觉得这道题的同位语应该是个暗示啊……a complex就暗示了前面的一坨大写字母开头的东西是单数啊……

complex的名词意思是“综合设施；复合体”，在这里指Olympic Training Center
