原文逻辑就是说人们会因为工资不比低保高，就还是在家拿低保，而不工作。

C指出现在工作，虽然暂时工资不比低保高，但是以后就有钱赚了，这样这些工作对人们还是有吸引力的，削弱原文逻辑。
