(1) 当n<-2时，中位数为1，小于5，但是n不是在0到7之间；
  当1<n<5时，中位数为n，小于5， n在0到7之间。
  所以1不充分。
(2)当n>8时，中位数为5，大于1，但是n不是在0到7之间；
  当1<n<5时，中位数为n，小于5， n在0到7之间。
 所以2不充分。
(1)+(2), 中位数大于1小于5，则只能是n为中位数，则肯定是满足0<n<7。
