我先翻译一下我的理解：有个政府任命个检查员检查反对政府的书籍，查到就禁止出版。在第一个检查员期间，一半上交的书不被批准。第二个检察院，25%不批准。然而，在两届检察员期间出版的书是一样的。下面哪一个是对的？
我觉得是E啊
数量：第一个批准50%=第二个批75%
所以：在一第一个检查员期间的50%>第二个期间的25%啊

我一开始选的也是E，不过后来想通了。

你看题干里“one half of the book manuscripts submitted to the censor ”注意里面的submitted to 和主语 book manuscripts

E“The number of writers who wrote unpublished manuscripts ”主语是writers，

但是C明确说了“提交”给第一个censor的书比第二多，限制条件比E多，而且C的主语是More book manuscripts ，所以选C。

个人观点，仅供参考~~~

第二个censor是75％的通过率，第一个是50％的通过率，那么肯定有一些是第二个通过了但是第一个没通过的吧？？
