1。我一开始也同意你的说法，所以我选择B，但过后又想题目是问如何削弱预测（神经修复将成为可能），由于抑制神经生长只是一个副作用/意外发现，他的主要作用说不定对神经修复还有好处呢，但选项也没说；所以还是觉得B比A好。

2。提干说调研员找到问题原因后，做一些改动后（不知道谁做的）就能保证将来的飞行安全了。因此假设了调研员做的改动。因此答案就是D
