急问，I20/30规则的问题！

签经上有条：”4、120/30规则：学生签证的签发不得早于I-20表上开学日期120天；开学前30天内，可以入境。同时，我搜了下，美国政府是这样规定的：Students are advised of the Department of Homeland Security regulation which requires that all initial or beginning students enter the U.S. 30 days or less in advance of the course of study start/report date as shown on the Form I-20.
我的情况是之前两年在美国读书，今年3月底毕业回国，但当时已经申请到另外一所学校读书，所以把旧I-20 transfer到新学校，现在手里有新学校的I-20，而我的SEVIS号码还是两年前的号码。新学校从8月下旬开学。

我想重新签证后，7月初到美国。我的问题是，不知道我还算不算continuing students，或者还是beginning students？我受不受这个30天的限制呢？

你之前已经毕业。现在要用新的I20入境。如果用旧的I20入境，而且使馆愿意给你之前的I20续签，那应该不受30天约束
