题目说了，过去四年整个房地产的市价降低了，相应的以此为基础的地产税的价值也降低了。
结论是这几年以来，符合交财产税的资产 的百分比没有变化，强调百分比变化不大
选C是因为C在说这个地方整体的经济在过去4年一直在缩水。

推理过程就是在说：过去四年地产的价值缩水了，地产税也缩水了，地产税占城市的总的税的数额却没有大变化。于是可以说明C，整个城市的经济都在缩水。（地产税也在缩水，两者都在缩水，所以百分比才没有变化）

然后选项是说，这种猴子在某些刺激的情况下比其他的猴子彪悍的多，这不是在削弱吗，本来不冲突的猴子也冲突了，那不是所以动物都冲突，削弱了“拥挤的时候，有动物不冲突”的结论吗

是說房子的市值變了，但是稅收的百分比沒變.
Ｃ選項可以ＳＵＰＰＯＲＴ：去年收的稅不比四年錢的 （市值下降所以錢收越少，eventhough the percentage of the assessed value did not change year by year, the accessed value change)

是這樣解釋的嗎？

这道题我也想了很久，我觉得应该是，因为这种猴子在受到刺激后比其他猴子的反应都强烈，但是他们还能和平相处，支持论据吧。
