分不清premise和conclusion 曼哈顿例题求助

Which of the following assertions can most properly be drawn from the above
information?
把一句当作结论，把后面for example当作论据了。 貌似这道题目是问draw a conclusion的 我想请问下是因为question里面问be drawn from teh above information？还是因为第一句是个fact不能做conclusion？

另外第一句是前提还是论点啊？还是前提=论点？

The first sentence is a fact statement. For example gives a specific example. The question asks for an inference based on the statement and the example.  This is a must be true type.

感谢楼上的，再问下 我的理解是论点可以做前提，也做结论。是这种关系吗？

偶还没考，不知道和考试有什么差距。
Manhattan我只看了sc和cr,现在在看rc-貌似比前两本要烦一点。觉得读的时候不是很顺畅。论坛上用Manhattan verbal的人挺多的。数学就不知道了，好像没怎么看到！
