a certain city with a population of 132000 is to be divided into 11 voting districts,and the no district is to have a population that is more than 10 percents greater than the population of any other district.what is the minimum possible population that the least populated district could have

求助啊，我算的是10900
过程是这样的132000/11=12000
(12000-X)>90%*(12000+0.1X)
得出X<1100.91.....
12000-X>10899.......

设最少x人
132000=【x*（1+0.1）】*10+x
x=11000

关键是找到什么时候最小，其他十个地区的总和最大的时候，第十一个的人数就最小，考虑到没有一个地区比其他任何地区多10%那么就是说一个地区最多的人数就是十一个地区里最小的那个的1.1倍，让其它的地方都等于第十一个的1.1倍就行了，那就是最小值
