原文给的结论immune system protects against mental illness as well as against physical disease，前文没一点提到physical disease 而结论直接就出来 physical disease 这个概念 那 我感觉明显就是B选项~assumption 才能得出这样的结论~如果是D选项 那就和physical disease  一点点关系都没有了 你怎么能得出这样的结论。。求NN 解答。。

昏，我这个小菜鸟来帮帮你吧，immune system 和physical disease有关，这是常识，不是背景只是，而且结论用的是as well as，说明结论的落脚点在说明immune system和mental disease的关系，这道题很经典，是典型的相关关系推出因果关系，因果关系的话就有两种了，但是结论是好的免疫系统导致心理健康。因此作者的前提就是心理健康不导致好的免疫系统，刚刚我发跳楼贴，谢谢你的安慰了。希望能帮到你
