关于平行结构中的省略

今儿又看OG语法的解释。。。又喵到这道题突然觉得这个考点其实一直不太明白

OG解释说to可以省略因为已经明白了。。。
那我就不解了。。。啥叫已经明白。。。
那我还见过不省略to的呢。。。但我也明白啊。。。

to在这里可以省略也可以不省略。OG里面有这样的解释。
OG12 117题的解释里：
“While it is not essential to repeat to, the repetition elegantly reinforces the parallelism.”

不过我的问题是：有的情况下是不能省略的
那什么样子的情况下不能?

我认为， 应该主要看第二个平行的对象有没有to，如果有，后面的平行必须要to，若没有，后面的平行必须没to
