关于三重否定

先来一例子：Despite these vague categories, one should not claim unequivocally that hostility between recognizable classes can not be legitimately observed.
三重否定中包括一个双重否定，所以去掉两个否定词，就变成单一的否定句， 但是应该去掉哪一对否定词？？纠结中。。。
这句话按杨鹏上来说是：one should claim unequivocally that hostility between recognizable classes can not be legitimately observed
