This an inference question, which means the correct answer must be true.

The conclusion you can draw from the stimulus is that the level of acidity in unrefined olive oil is a working measure of the quality of the oil.

Therefore, C must be true since it compares the quality of unrefined ollive oils by comparing the acidity thereof.

如果3个oil里的acid分别是1、2、3,质量就是3、2、1
中间的还是中间的
