题目的意思是：

J说C这个地方94年比93年少租出去10000张碟。因为新开了一家店V。而V除了租碟之外还很便宜的卖碟 （J的言下之意就是因为买碟的人多了，所以租碟的人少了）

而B说：你说的不对，因为V94年只卖了4000张碟，而C这个地方少租了10000张碟，这个数字不MATCH嘛，所以除了你说的那个原因之外肯定还有别的原因。

题目问: 那个选项可以反驳B的论点

这样应该很清楚了吧。E说买碟的人自己看了还借给别人看。有人借给你看碟，你还会去租碟吗，那自然租的人就少了喽。所以没有别的原因，就是因为买的人多了。这样就反驳了B的论点了呀
