1.A 2-year certificate of deposit is purchased for K dollars.If the certificate earns interest at an annual rate of 6 percent compounded quarterly,which of the following represents the value,in dollars,of the certificate at the end of the 2 years?答案（1.015）^8*K

2.Four extra-large sandwiches of exactly the same size were ordered for M students,where M>4.Three of the sandwiches wre evenly divided among the students.Since 4 students did not want any of the fourth sandwich,it was evenly divided among the remaining students.If Annate one piece from each of the four sandwiches,the amount of sandwich that sha ate would be what fraction of a whole extra-large sandwich?答案(4M-12)/M(M-4)

我是菜菜，我先说第一题：
at an annual rate of 6 percent compounded quarterly

复利按照季度算的，所以先把每季度复利利息算出来，就是6%（年利率）除以4（季度）=1.5%

二年的话就是复利要计算2*4=8次。

SO: 最后是K(本金）*（1+15%）^8=（1.015）^8*K

这题我本来也不懂，是问小丸子老师的。。。他解释得很好。

第二题啊，我看了两遍才搞明白啥事儿。
。。。奶茶MM继续来八一八：
先设这个超大三明治就是单位1，四个就是4
前三个三明治是M个人一起分的，那么每个人吃的份数就是3/M,
最后一个三明治是M-4个人分的，那么每个人吃的分数就是1/M-4，
题目说ANN每个三明治她都吃了，那么总共她吃的是一个超大三明治的几分之几。
也就是说，ANN从头吃到尾，第一个是和所有人一起吃的，3/M；第二个是和剩下的M-4个人一起吃的，吃了1/M-4。
所以ANN吃的总数是：3/M+1/M-4，然后再除以1（一个三明治的量），最后通分出来就是4(M-3)/M(M-4)=(4M-12)/M(M-4)

...

当然也可以给三明治设一个符号，最后反正可以约分约掉的。。。
