还有E选项，说到Sulfites的量的问题，可是原文已经说add  sulfites  to none of the wines啊，E和原文有什么关联呢？

D:原文都在提及因为sulfites (in wine)导致的allergic reaction....

negate D：Apart from sulfi tes, there are SOME substances commonly present in wine that give rise to an allergic reaction

看原文的conclusion :without risking an allergic reaction to SULFI TES  

D仅说allergic..conclusion是说不会有因为sulfi导致的allergic..不能削弱原文推理..

The answer is E.  Since the question is about a necessary assumption, use the negation method. If you negate E, then sulfites ARE naturally present in the wines in large enough amount to cause allergic reaction.  If this is true, those wine without added preservatives are also problematic. Then the argument that allergic people can avoid sulfites by choosing wines without preservatives will not hold.

We do not care anything other than sulfite when looking for an assumption.

E选项没有排除wines里面添加Sulfites这一可能性，只是强调添加的amount不见得会大到造成allergy...题目当中最后一句的risk表明了allergy不是必然。。

D的问题是，题目从来没这么说过，而是一直在针对Sulfites引起的allergy提出解决方案。。
