风投行业是不是很难申请MBA啊

在坛里潜水多日 看到众多OFFER  惊奇的发现从事VC的少得可怜
这个行业在申请方面是不是不太受待见啊
小弟正在VC实习 准备几年后申请MBA 现在担心啊

可能是因为从事VC的人都对MBA不感冒吧，要知道MBA出来最好的选择之一也就是做VC啊~

目前手里还有一个国内商业银行的实习OFFER
另外vc实习是家族企业（规模不大 地区比较有名气）
未来申请MBA的话
我又该如何选择呢

Hey there!  Worried about your background in VC?  You shouldn’t be—this is one of the best, most appealing jobs to MBA programs.  rivate Equity, clean energy, VC—all of these are VERY appealing to great MBA programs.  eople aren’t getting in with that background because…there aren’t many Chinese applicants who HAVE that experience.   It is GREAT that you do.  It will bode very well for you this year in your applications.  So don’t worry—and good luck to you!

I know VC/PE candidates from China were rare before (link above), and HB S usually loved them. But there seems to be two things happening - one is that there may be more VC/PE guys applying from China (or Chinese working in overseas VC/PE funds) just because there're more VC/PEs now, two is that HB S seems to have shifted the overall balance to women and engineers recently.

Is it different for an applicant from China VC vs. a US candidate from PE/VC industry in terms of appeal to the adcom? A positive for diversity or still a negative? Should the China VC/PE guy conciously position himself to differentiate from the other PE/VC applicants in the pool? Thanks!
